RIPE OLIVE DIP

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 1/3 cups sour cream

2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes

2 Tbsp. parsley flakes

2 tsp. Season-All

2 tsp. dill seed

1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives

 

Mix all ingredients and serve with favorite dippers.

 

SPINACH DIP

1-10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thaw and drain

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

4 oz. cream cheese

1 cup water chestnuts, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix

 

Mix and chill all ingredients. Serve with vegetables or with crackers. You may also carve out a round loaf of bread and use hunks of bread for dipping.

 

SPINACH DIP

Mix together:

 

10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained

1/2 cup chopped scallions

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp. Salad Supreme or Season All

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

 

Scoop out a round loaf of rye bread, saving the bread

for dipping. Brush the inside of the loaf with  melted

butter. Serve dip inside of loaf. You may need to use

another loaf in addition to the inside of serving loaf for dipping.

 

VEGETABLE DIP

Combine:  1 large cream cheese, softened

1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing

1/3 cup tomato juice

 

Mix all above together and serve with vegetables.
