CHICKEN

2 pkgs. chicken wings, cut in half
1/2 of 5 oz. bottle of soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. Accent
Mix
all but chicken together thoroughly. Pour over chicken in a baking dish. Bake
for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
CRAB
BISCUITS

2-10 oz. pkgs. refrigerated biscuit dough
1 lb. crabmeat, special or regular
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teas. prepared mustard
10 slices American cheese (yellow)
Cut
biscuit dough into quarters. Bake according to package directions. Pick
crabmeat and mix thoroughly. Slice each biscuit open gently and fill with 1/2
teas. crabmeat mixture. Top each biscuit with a piece of cheese. Arrange
biscuits on cookie sheet and cover with aluminum foil. (Can be done a day ahead
and refrigerated.) When ready to serve, uncover biscuits and put in a 275
degree oven until cheese melts and crabmeat mixture is hot (about 12 to 15
mins.). Serve hot.
CRABMEAT

1/2 lb. crabmeat, cleaned
1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (whipped)

Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Add
all ingredients to whipped cream cheese. Bake in a small casserole for 30
minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with paprika and serve hot with crackers for
dipping. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
