4 Eggs                      1/2 tsp salt

6 Tbls flour                1 tsp baking soda

2 cups sour cream           2 Tbls of sugar

  (1 pt container)

Put in blender in order. Blend - Scrape sides & Blend again. Let sit for 2 - 5 minutes. Pour batter in 3 inch rounds on grill. Cook until the bubbles appear on top, then turn and brown the other side.
