4 cups diced
and pared apples
2 cups sugar
Combine in a
large bowl and set aside.
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
Sift
together, mix with apples. Add the following:
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup salad oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Bake in 9x13
inch greased and floured pan at 350 degrees for 50 mins. (325 degrees for glass
pan.)

1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 large apples
Peel
and slice apples. Add sugar and cinnamon and mix to coat. Set aside.
4 unbeaten eggs
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup Mazola Oil
7 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix until creamy, then add:
3 tsp. baking
powder
3 cups flour
Mix
until smooth. Grease a tube pan. Layer 1/2 batter, then 1/2 apples, then
batter. Top with apples and juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 mins.
