3 cups flour
(sifted) 1 cup milk
4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla
Cream
butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs, one at a time,
beating after each addition. Sift and add dry ingredients
alternating
with milk and flavoring. Bake in 3 greased layer cake pans at 350 to 375
degrees 25 to 30 minutes.

1 pkg. Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden Cake
Mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 Crisco Oil (they claim another oil will
make it fall)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
Filling: 1 cup chopped pecans 2 Tbsp. brown sugar

Tbsp. reserved batter 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preheat oven
to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, blend cake mix, sour cream oil, sugar, water,
and eggs. Beat at high speed for 2 mins. Pour 2/3 of the batter in a greased
and floured 10-inch tube pan. Combine filling ingredients and sprinkle over
batter in pan. Spread remaining batter evenly over filling mixture. Bake for
45-55 mins., until cake springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up
for about 25 mins., then remove from pan and cool completely.
Glaze: 1 cup confectioners sugar in 2 Tbsp.
of milk.
Mix and drizzle over cake. Makes 12 to 16
servings.

1-11 oz. can mandarin oranges (juice and all)
Beat above
and bake according to cake box directions.
